Hi,
I have a question regarding approvals.
Let s say I have a request that requires apporval. I use the OOB workflow that manages approval on the REQUEST level but how shall I deal with it when I have requests that both require / or dont approvals? Can this be handled in flow? Or shall there be seperate flows? How this is handled in OOB?

Hi @dev_K
Then you need to create 2 separate flows or before approval put a condition like if price more than 1000 then approval trigger else NO.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Yes, that can be handled in the flow.
But what do you mean with requests that both require/or don't approvals? You either need approval or you don't. And if for some weird reason you indeed have a request that, in some conditions, does not require approval, you just auto approve (in the flow). One thing for sure: OOB there aren't any requests that need both approval/no approval.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Hi,
When you say 'OOB workflow that manages approval', can you detail the name as well? Ideally, you can add a If condition to make it work accordingly by duplicating OOB workflow
