Hi,
Is there any way to mimic the Bar chart and Pie Chart functionality to work on Service Operation Workspace Lists as well? Where can I find the UI Action the responsible for that and make it to be configurable in SOW?

No, Alon it is not OOTB available and I doubt it is easily available in SOW. The reason begin the UI Action redirect to report module. Might be you can try by copying the same code from UI action and create a new UI action and add on SOW.
