Approver comments visibility to requestor (not additional comments)

Are approver comments mentioned by the approver on Service Portal visible to the requestor out of box?

When an approver is putting any comment before approving or during rejecting a request, the requestor is not able to see the comments. Is the visibility of approver comments restricted out of box on the Service Portal?

Hi @jayantchauhan 

 

It is OOTB, the end user can see only approved or rejected if an email goes out with the reason.

My use case is the requestor do not see any comments approver puts before approving or during rejecting the request. It is hidden on Service Portal but users having itil role can see those comments in the backend ServiceNow. 
Is the approver comments visibility on Service Portal for the requestor is OOTB? like Additional Comments (customer visible) is visible.

To me more specific, if you can help me clarify if the Approver Comments is OOTB visible to end users on Service Portal? especially when approver wants more clarification before approving or puts a comment while rejecting the request.
