Hello again everyone,
so i have created an ACL rule on the sc_req_item table for Read access of the Assign_To is dymantically to the person viewing it (this assigned to us the approver which will have a record in the sysapproval_approver table
The user can see the Approval record
When the user clicks on the box with the "i" on it to see the records, they can see the ritm variables
However, when they click on Open Record they see this
The Libre-service (Self-Service) view has the RITM variables on it but the users are not able to see it
Please help
