Article view missing attach in knowledge management service portal

Attach to Incident button is not visible on Knowledge Management service portal , as compared to Native Incident UI the search knowledge button on short description when clicked , opens a new page of list of knowledge articles which when clicked shows Attach to Incident Button. How can we achieve the same button Attach to Incident on Service portal level , Can this be done by OOB functionality existing. Please suggest.
