As soon as the change request form is opened, a record is inserted into the database

Hi,

As soon as the form is opened, a record is inserted into the database, resulting in a saved Change Request. When a user opens a Change Request form, the record is being automatically saved, even if the user does not click the Submit or Save button.

Please help how do i resolve this, checked but I can't pinpoint what the issue is. The ui action for "save" and "submit" is not even active.

Regards,

CarolMa

Can you enable Script Tracer and check whether any Business Rule or Script is triggered and automatically saves the record without Save or Submit option. This is not default behavior and it must be customized script that is causing this behaviour.

You can follow below steps to enable Script Tracer and check the details

Hi @CarolMa6

Try repair  "Change Management " plugin once, and then give it another go.

Also, please clear your cache, log out, and log back in before retrying.
