Hi,
I want understand use of Metric Types under assessment->metric definition - > Types where by default sevicenow provide 2 records,
What is the use of groups and NPS assessment metric Types in servicenow. For group i have checked it once record is created in group table it will create aseessable record in assessment metric type.
I just want to know about what is the use of group and NPS metric Type that are provided by default in ServiceNow?
Where we can use this?
Is there any application in ServiceNow like performance analytics ServiceNow using these data?

It appears as though different areas of ServiceNow use the assessment metric. The first type I came upon was surveys, for instance and reporting on survey results:

You can use these metrics to create surveys, or other assessments which will evaluate a part of an organization and gather information (you can target the part you wish to specifically gain information from). "Decide which sets of records in the system to assess, which themes you are interested in, and which traits to measure. Consider your organization's options for obtaining the data to compare."
This metric type can be used to rank, evaluate and score any table, or aspects of any table in the system. This information can then be compared holistically, or used to create reports, graphs or any other type of information.
