assign to me action on workspace next to edit

Hi All,

 

I need to show assign to me button on workspace list view it is visible for admins but for agents it is showing only edit button. 

can anyone help.

Go to System UI -> UI Actions and search for "Assign to me".  Find the one below for ITSM Workspace on the Incident table.

 

Check and make sure the user has one of the roles associated with this action.

Check other "Assign to me" UI Actions as well to see if other roles need to be applied for Tasks or other tickets.

Thank you for you response Steven but workspace which i am using is for scoped application it i snot for the incident.

Hi @Prati2 

 

First check if this is happening only in workspace or also happening in normal UI List also.

 

If working fine there and issue is only in workspace, follow below:

Go to UI Action 'Assign to Me' and open the record.

 

Check script in Workspace Client Script as below:

There may be some script written to restrict the access to agents.
