@tGhadage There is only one assignment field on any ticket page hence the ticket can't be assigned to two different individuals. Either assign the ticket to an assignment group leaving assigned to field empty or if your customer is hell bent on having multiple assignees on the ticket then change the OOTB assigned to field from Reference to a GlideList (like watchlist).
