Assignment group absent for incidents raised through Virtual Agent Chat

Hi All !
We have configured Virtual Agent Chat for incident creation. We have configured Assignment rules for assigning these incidents to relevant groups.
We have configured a flow for copying the chat transcript from interaction to incident. By this flow, the assignment group populates to the incident, when the interaction is closed. We have modified this flow to copy the chat internal transcript to the incident. After this modification, the assignment group is not populating to the incident even after closing the interaction.
We want to populate the assignment group to the incident, as soon as the incident is created.
Kindly give your suggestions to fix this issue.
