Assignment Group Automation

Hi All, 

Currently i am dealing with assigning groups manually. The current process at the moment is the person will fill in the catalogue item which we have created, the variables are just the requester name and if they would like to be added or removed. Below is a screenshot of the variables on the cat item. 

I would like to know is it possible if so how, once this cat item has been filled in is there a way to automate the process of adding them to the groups of the person they copy ? or should we remove the copy field itself

So if I understood, you want the fulfilment automated. Yes that can be done.

Yes, you can automate the process of assignment using Flows.
