I changed the name of three groups and went to the sys user groups table and verified that the groups are there and are active. On a form I looked for the three groups under the Fulfiller Type - Assignment Group field, but I get a message "No Matches Found". Do you know why the groups do not show on the form? Thanks!

Hi @DeIvory Gordon ,
Hope you're doing well!
Could you right click on you Location field and go to Configure Dictionary and share the screenshot?
Could you check if Location field is referencing to sys_user_group table? If yes, is your group "TCS WinServers/Cloud" satisfying the reference qualifier conditions?
Best Regards,
Sharif

HI @DeIvory Gordon ,
is location variable referring to group table? or is cmn_location?
if it is cmn_location it won't show up group record only shows location records
if it is referring to sys_user_group table check if there is any filter or reference qualifier which is filtering out the group records
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Chaitanya
