Assignment Group not updated in Service Operations Workspace

We have recently changed the Assignment Group for one of the Categories on Request Item forms, and it does get updated on Class View list of the RITM.

However, the changes are not reflected in Service Operations Workspace view. In fact, it does not pick up the Assignment Group at all.

Was any additional settings to be updated for Service Operations Workspace?

Hi @Dlam For me, it was a cache issue. Try navigating to cache.do, then check again. Also, try logging out and logging back in to refresh your session.
