I have a requirement to create an assignment rule that, assigns cases to agent that have the same skills as on the HR case, and to agent that has the most capacity. It is important to know that the language skill is priority. We dont want to use the Advanced work assignment option.
The assignment group is auto populated, i just need to fix the assigned to.
