Create & Update Certificates CMDB Certificates

Hi Team, 

We have upload ~100 certificates with some basis information with ~6-7 columns for some users and these certifications having some renewal process where we are checking Valid To date field. 

Now, Team is asking to allow users so that once renewal process is completed they will be update to Valid To and allow them to create new certifications on CMDB_CI_Certificate table. 

Instead of creating new ACL's and overwrite OOTB ACL's. It's good practice to create a record to create a new certifications and update existing certificates.

It depends on the knowledge of the people doing it, but a record producer gives you the possibility without having to provide these people with licenses. If they already have licenses, just add the ACL for this, so they can do this in the backend.
