Assistance Needed for Implementing Service Catalogs in ServiceNow?

Dear All,

 

In our organization, we are planning to utilize the Service Catalog (Request Management) for all our custom applications on ServiceNow. We are currently gathering information from various sources. Before starting the implementation, we would like to conduct a Proof of Concept (POC). If anyone has expertise with service catalogs, could you please assist us?

Note:- Please don't post any video links.

TO get the standard solution, you can go through the Now Create site, which can provide you with basic details about POC.

 

POC means, need to develop and video are the best way, if anyone already work. Not sure why you said, No video link please. or you are looking for Support?
