Hi,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on a requirement where the business needs to upload videos directly to Google Cloud Storage through a catalog form. While I have successfully implemented the file upload functionality, I am encountering challenges when dealing with larger files, particularly those around 1 GB in size.
The issue arises as I receive a Status 413 error when attempting to upload these larger files. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or insights on how to overcome this limitation and successfully upload larger files to Google Cloud Storage via the ServiceNow catalog form.
It's important to note that I want to avoid storing these files in ServiceNow directly to prevent an increase in SNOW database size.
If anyone has experience with a similar scenario or has successfully implemented a solution for uploading large files to Google Cloud Storage through ServiceNow, please share your insights on how to proceed.
Your assistance on this matter is highly valued.
Thanks,
Venkat
