Assistance with Transformations required

Hi All, 

I am having some difficulties in understanding which transformations I need to apply to remove HTML and Image from my description when using an Action Flow to generate an email

The action flow (to generate email if i manually remove the links the flow works) 

The transformations (unsure of which to use and how to use) 

The error message

Looks like, the email body tags are not fully closed. This might be the reason.

I have managed to strip the HTML issues but now when the email is sent the formatting has all changed. is there anyway I can look at this format?

Is it with in email to all ? also in Outlook or intance ?
