ATF cannot set catalog variable values with field type as Reference

Recently upgraded to Utah and no longer able to set variable values with the "Set Variable Values" test step on a Reference field type in ATF. Has anyone come across this issue? If so, is it a bug? Do you have a workaround?

I appreciate any insight anyone can provide.

Hi Harriet K

Could you try validating the field value after setting the fields? If it is still not reflecting on the field the only workaround is to set the field using Custom UI (Set Component value).

Hi, @Shaqeel ,

Thank you for your suggestion. Ended up finding that if I split the last test step into two, then it works. Not sure why this works, but it is a workable workaround.

This is because fields will be depended with some other field.

I disagree. There should not be a limit to how many variables I want to set values to with a single "Set Variable Values" test step. This issue was not occurring in Tokyo, but now, it is in Utah.
