ATF: Change management - Record Insert step for table "sysapproval_approver" is failing with error - Flow Designer: FlowAPI.notifyApprovalAction(): 'source_table' or 'document_id' field is empty in approval record: no thrown error

Step used - Record Insert 

Insert a record into 'sysapproval_approver' with the following values:
Approval for = {{Step 12: Click a UI Action.Record}}
and Approver = xxxxxxxxxxxx
and State = Not Yet Requested
Confirm the record was successfully inserted

i had got the same error on insert

try to uncheck enforce security checkbox

hint-enforce_security-When true, enforces ACL rules during step execution
