ATF Configuration to add attachments to a record producer in Employee center portal does not work

We are trying to create a Test in ATF with following Test steps :
Impersonate
1.Open a Record Producer (SP)
2.Set Variable Values (SP)
3.Add Attachments to Form (SP)
4.Submit Record Producer (SP)
On running the test the test fails at step 3 with the following error :
Can someone please help me fixing this.

Thank you for your quick response!
Yesterday I have visited the same urls from community and also the kb article above.
None of them worked to fix te issue and also they mention that this feature of uploading attachments is not supported so far in portal however it works with an open form.
In the past ideas where also raised buy other end users facing the similar issue - and this is still under review since 4 years 😞 I upvoted this idea too.
