So I have an ATF thats failing at the submit step. It's basically about going to the service portal, filling out a form and then submitting it. Here are steps I have for it:
1) create a user (name, phone etc)
2) record insert (this is done so the user can be in the correct domain)
3) impersonate (impersonate the ATF user)
4) open service portal page
5) click component (custom UI) - big link at the top header of something is broken
6) click component (custom UI) - further opening the link to hardware fault form
7) set variable values (sp)
😎 click component (custom UI) - click the submit button - failure occurs here!
9) click component (custom UI) - click the view tickets at the top banner
The step fails at step 8 with the error - 'FAILURE - Unable to click component 'Button <button>: Submit in page area LBG SC Catalog item V2', Component not found
I have tried to amend the steps using the record producer steps in place of step 5 and 6 and then submitting record producer (sp) step but then it gives a failure and there is no description about it.
Really stumped on what to do. This instance that its failing in is being upgraded to Tokyo but the manual test is working fine for this.
