I also wanted to create ATF for the Service Operations Workspace after the release change to Vancouver. We used Agent Workspace before.
I didn`t find it. With which release after Vancouver release will the ATF for Service Operations Workspace be built-in? or are they already available in Vancouver?

I think ATF will be available for applications,customizations, and configurations, but not for workspaces.
But give it a try by installing ATF Test Generator and Cloud Runner from servicenow store and check if you can get what you wanted.

I think I was a bit vague.
I've already created ATF for Incident, Problems, and Major Incident. But only for the backend. I haven't done it for the Agent Workspace yet, as we're going to move to "Service Operations Workspace" with Vancouver. I didn't have to do the work, because Agent Workspace will soon no longer be used. But you can, if you want, create AFT for Agent Workspace. That's why I'm surprised that the new system that replaces Agent Workspace doesn't have this option.
I just want to know if you need to activate this somewhere in Vancouver?
or
that there are no plans to make this possible?
or
whether it will be submitted for a later release?
