ATF- Getting error while opening a service portal page in ATF

I am unable to open Service portal page in ATF Test Step. I am facing this below Error while opening Service Portal page Did anyone gone through this Error in Test step Results?

Hi @Community Alums 

So it means issue in SP not in ATF or user. You need to see what error and where the errors are coming., need to fix that.

I think that is related to Announcements in the portal. Please refer to the following thread:

The Display Style Field is Normal. I don't Know whether it is related to Announcements or Not .

How to know it is Related to Announcements?

Check the XML of each record and verify display value.
