Hi All,

I'm writing ATF to attach file from local computer and test as end user and agent . I retrieved component to click the attachment icon and I'm able to see my local computer file when the icon is clicked via ATF but how to click and attach the local file or any other way to test the attachment functionality?

ATF can't interact with anything outside ServiceNow.

You opened the Downloads folder from your local machine and ATF can't detect that, so this is not possible.

I Understand, then how to test the attachment functionality?

Thanks
Kiruthika

@Ankur Bawiskar Do you think that this testing is possible via ATF?

@Kiruthika J

already mentioned in my 1st response this can't be tested with ATF.
