Hello All,

I want to view the specified parameter test results in one csv file but I'm not sure how to do it.

I have tried every possible combinations from the link below with different table names but its either I get the summary only, all the results (sys_atf_test_result_step) of all the tests ever ran or just blanks.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-platform-user-interface/page/use/navigation/reference/r_Nav...

Am I missing something or is there any another way to do it?

Hi @jessa23

Step 1. Open the Test Result you want in new window.

Step 2: Open in New Tab.

It seems like you're trying to view specific parameter test results in a CSV file within the ServiceNow platform but encountering difficulties. I understand your frustration, and troubleshooting this issue can be a bit complex. Here are some steps you can consider to address the problem:

  1. Check Data Filtering: Review the filtering criteria you're using to query the test results. Ensure that you are specifying the exact parameters and conditions you need to narrow down the results to your desired set. Double-check your table names, query conditions, and any related filters.

  2. Fields Selection: Confirm that you are selecting the correct fields (columns) to include in your CSV file. Ensure that the fields you need to display are included in your query or report configuration.

  3. Advanced Filters: If your data retrieval requirements are more complex, consider using advanced filters or conditions in your query. This can help you refine the results to match your specific needs.

  4. Report Generation: ServiceNow often allows you to create and customize reports. Ensure that you're using the reporting functionality to generate your CSV file. This may provide better control over the data you export.

  5. Review Documentation: Carefully review the ServiceNow documentation you linked and any relevant documentation for your specific version of the platform. The documentation should provide step-by-step instructions and examples for creating the CSV file you need.

  6. Ask for Support: If you've tried all the above steps and are still encountering issues, consider reaching out to your organization's ServiceNow support team or community forums. They may be able to provide more specific guidance based on your organization's setup and configurations.

  7. Training: If you frequently work with ServiceNow, investing in training or certification might be beneficial. It can help you become more proficient in using the platform's features effectively.

You can use Refurbished Samsung Galaxy for better results.

Thank you for the inputs, I still haven't gotten the solution for this. So for example. in this parameterized test results, it is just listing the test and its status but I wanted to check is the detailed test results inside that test that you can normally see when you click each of that start time. Is there a way to combine all the detailed test results of that one test in a csv file? like another column for the detailed results.
