I have a specific URL that opens a catalog item in the Service Portal. This is a redirect link for an End User. What series of test steps can I use to accomplish? Looking at the Open Service Portal Page step, I select the Portal, I use the sc_cat_item page, then I don't see how to insert the URL. Anyone have guidance to accomplish?

Hi @Tbrothers3
Do you have a name of the Catalog item?
you can open using "Open catalog item (sp)" step.

I use the Open catalog item (SP) step successfully in other tests that I created. For this test, I have the URL that I need to use to open the catalog item. The End User is directed to the catalog item via URL by clicking on a button. I was hoping there is an existing step that I can use. It seems I might need a custom test step. Was wondering how others handle this situation. Thanks for your feedback!

Hi @Tbrothers3
If you want enduser to click on a link and then go the catalog, then it is not possible through ATF.
