What it means the declarative action assignments implemented as UXF client action should be configured in the UI builder when the instance is upgraded from Vancouver to Xanadu?

If the UI builder must be leveraged, what should be created or configured through the UI builder for creating a UXF Client Action Type Declarative Action Assignment.

You don't need UI builder for that.

You can use All > Declarative Actions .

Thank you for the feedback! But my issues is that the action assignment I created in Declarative Actions failed to work after the instance upgraded to Xanadu. And For instructions on setting up a new payload definition, see Configure action button to open a custom modal. it mentioned Activating Customer Service Management should be done before Configuring an action button to open a custom modal which sounds wired.
