Hi All,
I am facing an issue with the ATF "Click a UI Action" test step in a domain-separated instance.
When configuring the Click a UI Action step, I can only see UI Actions that belong to the Global domain. UI Actions that belong to a non-global domain are not available in the lookup list.
Example:
- The "Assign to me" UI Action exists in a child/TOP domain and is visible when testing manually.
- However, when creating the ATF test, the same UI Action is not available for selection in the Click a UI Action step.
- Only the Global domain version of the UI Action appears, causing the ATF test to fail.
Has anyone encountered this behavior?
- Is this an ATF limitation with Domain Separation?
- Is there any configuration or workaround to make non-global domain UI Actions available in the Click a UI Action step?
- Has ServiceNow provided any KB article or fix for this issue?
