ATF Risk Assessment

Can someone help me?

I'm working on a test for Change Management, and I need to perform a risk assessment. My steps are as follows:

1. Impersonate
2. Open Change request
3. Set field values
4. Field values validation
5. Click UI Action Save
6. Click UI Action "Risk Assessment"

After that, I'm trying to answer the questions in the risk assessment by going through the step "Set Component Values (Custom UI)", and it works very well. However, out of 10 questions, 9 of them work fine, and I can select an answer. But for one question, when I click it, I don't have the option to select an answer, and then I can't do anything else except to go back. When I do it manually in that part, I can set an answer just like in the other questions. I've tried using "retrieve components," but it's not working.

In the image I posted, you can see that I am able to answer one question, but I don't have the option to answer the other question. Here I have marked only two questions, but for all other questions, I can select a value except for one question. It's completely unclear to me

Hi @OMT ,

Please try to set that value in one more step only for that question, check if you are able to retrieve the component only for that question by creating one more separate step.

I have set values for all other fields, after which I performed the "Set Component Values (Custom UI)" test step again. However, when I select the missing question, I am unable to set any value, and I have to proceed with an "x" in that test step, because after i click on this question, im not able to change to other question or to submit or anything else, i cann cast go back.

so the drop choices for that question are not getting retrieved than its one of the issue which I have also faced in ATF.

Hi, but what to do? I dont understand why only for one question the choiches are not getting retrieved..
