The ServiceNow User Research team is seeking interview participants to understand customer experiences with the ServiceNow App Store.  

If you are interested in sharing your experience with the App Store in a one-time, 60-minute interview with a ServiceNow User Researcher, please click here to take a brief survey and tell us a little more about your use of the App Store. This interview is compensated (with a gift card or ServiceNow swag, according to your organizational policies).  

Should you qualify for the interview, a member of our User Research team will reach out to schedule the 60-minute session at your convenience. Sessions will take place between September 23 and October 31, 2024.

Is it intentionally that Partners are disregarded? As part of implementations, we often have to screen-share with customers and walk them through the app store due to the confusing disconnect between store entitlements, instances, and plugins etc.
