Hello - I am wondering if anyone faced and solved this issue. Appreciate any help here.
When I run the test using the cloud runner, it is failing with message Cancelled due to cloud user not being set. But the user has been set already, and when I go to Select Cloud User screen, it clearly says that The user <userid> has been successfully set and validated. Not sure why it is not running or any other additional settings I need to take care.

Found out that even though it says the user ID has been successfully set, we couldn't find this user under the users list lookup box due to some security. So, we figured out and make it list there, then it started working fine.
No idea why ServiceNow allows or says User ID has been successfully set besides that user is not listing there due to security roles.

Did you check if your user ID is listing under the Select cloud user screen (ATF -> Administration -> Select Cloud User)? If not, suggest to work with your ServiceNow admin to assign roles for you and select you as cloud user.

Yes , I have figured out the issue. I have made my ATF Service account as Web service account. After removing this one and it showing up Select Cloud user. Thanks for the help.
