ATF: Screenshots are blank

Hi Experts,
We are currently in the Tokyo release.
Requirement:
While running ATF it's taking a screenshot but those are blanks/empty. And this is happening only for the portal not for native UI.
I followed the steps mentioned in the below tread but that's not working for me.

Hello, I am having the same issue.

I'm using custom ui steps to validate that text exist on a page and for clicking ui components.

The steps cause the atf to pass or fail as expected and the testrunner appears to follow along.

However, the screenshots that get generated and blank white images.
