ATF test failing for OOB Emergency change workflow

I am facing challenge in testing  OOB emergency change workflow through ATF , in Authorize state when requesting approval its failing and throwing below error . 

 

 

FAILURE: No records matching query:
Approver = cab approver
and Approving = 020ac25b4730e210e851d5a9516d43df

Hi @VijayKummamuru 

Are you sure it's using a workflow and not a flow? Try following the same steps as the user manually and check if you're able to approve it. Then, verify the sys_id to see to whom it belongs.

was this working fine earlier?

Did you recently upgrade?

at which step it's failing?

what debugging did you perform?

The message clearly says it couldn't find approval record

@Ankur Bawiskar  as atul mentioned i have checked approval policy and  adjusted ATF cases accordingly it's working now
