ATF test step Open a Catalog Item (SP) not showing any records

I'm trying to create an ATF test to test an incident form on service portal, but the step "Open a Catalog Item (SP)" is not showing any records? Any idea why?

I have com.glide.automated_testing_impl.service_catalog_portal plugin installed.

New Hire Order guide not visible in ATF. Its is active and class== Catalog Item.

Is there anyway to know why it is not visible for ATF

Hey, i had the same issue. Realized that the portal that it chooses by default is the wrong one. Make sure that the correct portal is selected.

Check that the portal record ('ServicePoint' in your case) has a Catalog linked to it. Also check that there is an active catalog item within that catalog.
