ATF test window not showing the record opened.

Hi,

I recently created an ATF test which checks for problem records, where state=resolved and the mandatory fields can be changed.

The test user has the role snc_internal.

The test is passing but when the test runs, in the testing window I have noticed that the when the problem record is opened, it does not show any fields or anything on the problem form. I am not able to attach a screenshot of the issue, but basically the problem record is opened however the form does not show any of the fields, it only shows the related links at the bottom like notes, resolution information tabs etc.

Is there a way to fix this or a step which will show what is happening?

Steps of ATF:

1) create and impersonate user with role snc_internal

2) record Query - validate there is 1 record with state=resolved and active=true

3) Open an existing record - open the record from step 2

4) record update - update the mandatory fields on the record like impact, urgency, etc to given values.

Hi @snow_beginner ,

You can utilize the below 'debug test' and see the record whether the fields are populated or not correctly

Run the test making first step as false.

If it pass then you need more roles.

If it fails then the issue is different.
