ATF: Upload Attachments step not available to upload attachments to record

I am testing an attachment on a record and the documentation references the step Upload Attachments but this step is not available. Is there a different step that should be used?

I think I know what issue you are facing.

In the documentation it is mentioned that use "Upload Attachments" step, but in ATF test it is not visible with that name.

It might be some upgrade that might come in upcoming release but at present it is present as "Add attachment".

You can use these 3 add attachment steps as per your requirements.
