Attach Custom Workflow to Service Catalog Items

Hello Guys,

I am attaching the custom workflow for the approval of service catalog items. I have attached the custom workflow and added it to the Catalog items, but while requesting an item it is running the default workflow at background instead of custom workflow. So, how can I resolve this?

Yes, I have created workflow on RITM Table. Any changes I need to do in configuration?

Hi,

did you publish the workflow and add the correct workflow to that catalog item?

I hope you have created workflow on RITM table

Hi,

Default workflow will run on sc_request.

Since you attached your custom workflow to catalog item that should run

Can you share screenshot which workflow is running?
