Attach Custom Workflow to Service Catalog Items

Hello Guys,

I am attaching the custom workflow for the approval of service catalog items. I have attached the custom workflow and added it to the Catalog items, but while requesting an item it is running the default workflow at background instead of custom workflow. So, how can I resolve this?

Yes, I have created workflow on RITM Table. Any changes I need to do in configuration?

Hi,

You have to create custom workflow "sc_req_item" table and should be publish. And attach your custom workflow to respective catalog item.

I hope it will work .
