Attaching file to a form

Use Case:

I have created a table and created a record of that table.

I attached file to the record.

The file was attached and after i reload the page it is saying unavailable and when I click Manage Attachments it is also saying Potential Security Risk.

Not sure, but it may be your company security policies. Try upload a excel file with dummy data.

I have tried uploading the same file in the Data Source and it is working fine.

But when I upload it on the table that i just created it is saying so.

Hi @ican 

Did you try the same in lower environment? May be some patch missing. Better to log a HI support case.
