Attachment deletion message in Workspace

The banner message in the green box does not make sense. I try to update it but I couldn't find the script source. I found the message in bold within an existing message key, but I couldn't find how the rest of the message was concatenated. I tried other workspace forms and got the similar message. Is it possible that this banner message could have been modified?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar, Thank you for your attention. currently I work on Operational Resilience Workspace. When I click attachment icon and upload any file, it will work normally. But when I delete the attachment, the banner message that could easily be misunderstood pop up although the attachment was deleted. So I want to modify this banner message that users delete it successfully so that it wouldn't confuse anyone who see it.

did you try searching that message in any business rule?

yes @Ankur Bawiskar , I search the script column with key word in Business rule, UI action, UI script, client script and Script Include. And no related value return
