Attachment field redirection in backend form

I have a attachment form in my Risk assessment form, when i am going to add any attachment in to the "Attach Contract File" field its direct me to one page where i can choose file . which is OOTB
But my requirement is i want to add file in the form level without redirect and open a new form.
how can i achive that ?

Thanks for sharing this, please check for the client scripts applied on this table.

In the top-left corner, click the three bars > Configure > All:
Inspect the Client scripts whether there is not any causing this, it would be containing "redirect" in a script..

Or let me think what else could cause the redirection.

it's a default platform behavior.

You can't change the behavior and you can't open the browse page in separate tab and keep your existing form open.

After your comment I realised what was the question really.

@RozminB 
I agree with Ankur, there is no chance to do changes... I thought that you were redirected after attaching the file... no, when you click to attach a file, this is the only possible and correct behaviour.
