Attachment is not visible on portal

Attachment is not visible on portal, but visible at backend. issue is for only one user.

it is working fine for other users with same access. (attached screenshot)

Hi,

It may be due to access issue. Please check the access for user. You have to debug using Debug All Security and find the ACL causing the issue.

Hi,
Please try checking the read/write/create ACL on sys_attachment table. then check if that user have role.

Hi,

1. Check ACL on sys_attachment table.

2. If the widget is custom please check the roles used in the widget.

where exactly are you trying to add the attachment ?is it a catalog item or a ticket page that your are referring to ?
