Attachments are not visible on Approval record in Service Portal

Hello All,

Have an Issue in displaying the attachment in approval record in the portal, 

when  we create request via Portal for certain items attachment is mandatory ,  this attachments are not visible to Approver in the portal , can any how provide solution to show related request attachments in the approval record in portal view

that attachments are at RITM level so possibly those users don't have read access on files for RITM record

copy the attachments to approval record

Does this make a copy of the attachment for each user from whom an approval has been requested?

 

If I have a request that goes through 2 approval groups, each with 10 members, will I then have 21 copies of the attachment stored in my databases?
