Morning everybody,
Quick question, back before we updated to Istanbul I had implemented the attachment button work around listed here
ServiceNow KB: How to add a custom 'Add Attachment' button to a Service Catalog Item (KB0529497)
At the bottom it says its not longer supported because its OOTB in Istanbul, In my personal instance I can see the attachment button on all the catalog items of an order guide. On my Dev instance it does not. Can anybody point me in the right direction to see if an update was skipped or where the OOTB functionality is so I can figure out why it wont display. Thank you.

Chad,
Check the UI page 'com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_guide_view' if this was skipped.

The answer is yes and no, No it wasn't skipped, but the script on my personal instance was different than the dev instance. I copied the script for my personal instance into my dev instance and it worked like a charm. Still doesn't explain why it wasn't done to begin with but I can hunt that down on my own. Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction!

Hi Manikorada,
Where does this 'com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_guide_view' sit on the UI page? In the jelly script somewhere?
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<j:jelly trim="false" xmlns:j="jelly:core" xmlns:g="glide" xmlns:j2="null" xmlns:g2="null">
<button type="button" onclick="saveCatAttachment(gel('sysparm_item_guid').value, 'sc_cart_item')">Add Attachment</button>
</j:jelly>
Cheers,
Anna

Diving into the "Attachments on Order Guide" really brought back memories from my days studying supply chain management. The intricacies of order attachments and their impact on efficiency can't be overstated. It's much like strategizing in sports betting or choosing the right game in a casino - every detail matters. Speaking of casinos, I recently ventured into MelBet's online casino , found right here MelBet's casino page https://melbet.com/en/casino , and was blown away by the diversity of games. It's not just about sports betting; their casino offers a plethora of choices from classic slots to immersive live dealer games. The thrill of the game, be it in sports or the turn of a card in blackjack, really parallels the meticulous planning needed for order guides. Both realms require a keen eye for detail and a solid strategy to succeed.
