Attachments Relationship related list on SC TASK Ticket

There are 4 attachments attached to a Service Catalog Item (sc_cat_item).
Those are all showing under 'Attachments Relationship" on SC Task (sc_task) even when requester has not picket any of these to the request form on portal.(RITM)
How can we ensure to just show the attachment that requester picks on the catalog item form and is on (RITM), instead of all the files that are attached to the catalog item?
All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
