,Attribute values updated through Fix script are again overridden by Other data source like Tanium

Hi,

 The support group data of these windows servers will never be populated by Tanium service graph connector or ServiceNow Discovery and hence I have run a fix script to update support group of a windows servers.

 

Later When Tanium and ServiceNow Discovery ran support group updated to Empty .

 

Could any one help how to resolve the issue.

mapping

check if nay mapping is done from Tgc to CMDB class, if so remove the mapping

 

solution

 

use dictionary entry over riders if you have a static values for owners, if not you BR to populate data.
