Need assistance for the following requirement:
- Play audio notification when there is new incident created (state = new)
Tried various ways, but it doesn't works.
- Client script - the audio sound only works on form view, but not for incident list view.
- Business rules - no sound
- Notification trigger - it only shows badge count but no sound.
Please advise how can i trigger audio notification when there is a new incident created
