Auo populate values from problem form into kb form

Morning/Afternoon/Evening

Within our instance, we have a problem module and a outage module 

in the problem form there is a fix note field

in the outage form, we also just added a fix note field

I am looking to populate values from the fix notes in the problem form into the fix note in the outage form

I have written a business rule but not sure if this is the way to go

Can I get some guidance

Issue is when I enter notes on the fix note of the problem form, it does not automatically populate in the fix note on the outage form

1.I have read your post and I understand that you want to populate the fix notes filed on outage form with the fix notes filed on the problem form. Here my doubt is which outage form fix notes should be populate with which problem fix notes. ( please mention this)

2. In your image I have noticed that you have choose the table as outage which is absolutely correct but you have to glide record the problem table not the same outage table.
