Auto assignment in agent workspace with round robin method?

When I am developing Agent workspace for exception management, how can I develop auto assignment rule for multiple planners with round robin method

there are plenty of options how to make assignment rules (assignment rules, business rule, flow, ...).

Please provide more details to better understand your requirement
